Booking Policy
1. Each booking is for seven nights or multiples
there of. Additional days may be available on request.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 20% and a signed copy of the
booking policy is required to confirm any booking.
3. The remaining balance must be paid at least eight weeks prior
to departure. Failure to pay the outstanding balance on time
may lead to the booking being cancelled.
4. The maximum number of occupants will be 10 persons, unless
previously agreed by the owner. If it is found that more than
10 persons, without prior agreement, occupy the villa then the
booking becomes void and the occupiers will be asked to vacate
the property. There will be no refund of their payment.
5. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required by
the owners with the final balance payment. This will be refunded
within 30 days after inspection by the management company. You
will be responsible for any damage, loss or breakage at the
villa and the relevant amounts will be deducted from this deposit.
If the amount is greater than the security deposit, then the
additional amount will be required.
6. The price does not include flights, car hire, insurance,
transfers or additional services e.g. welcome packs, swimming
pool heating etc.
7. Swimming pool heating is charged at £80 per week &
is recommended in the winter months. This must be paid for with
the final balance. If pool heat has not been paid for with the
final balance & is subsequently required by guests, it should
be arranged with the management company who have a standard
fee of $25 per day + tax & must be ordered for the full
length of your stay (i.e. is not available for just part of
your stay unless the booking is for several weeks). Please also
note that, during the winter months, pool heaters will generally
heat the pool to approx. 85°F. If the air temperature lowers
to 55°F or less, then although the heaters operate for longer
hours than in warmer weather they will not be as effective &
the water temperature will not reach a comfortable temperature.
We regret that in these circumstances a refund or part refund
of the pool heat payment is not possible.
8. The clients use the swimming pool and other facilities of
the property at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to the
client’s property is his or her own responsibility.
9. No smoking is permitted inside the villa. If you smoke we
request that you do so outside.
10. If the client cancels their booking in excess of eight weeks
before their arrival, the client will not have to pay the outstanding
balance but the deposit will be forfeited. No refund will be
made if the booking is cancelled by the client within eight
weeks of the arrival date. (This may be wavered by the owner
if a replacement booking can be found).
11. The full balance will be due if the owner has to cancel
the booking due to late payment by the client.
12. The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking for any
reason. In this instance, excluding condition 10 above, all
monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The owner will not
be liable for any other costs incurred by the client.
13. Neither the owners of the property or their management company
are liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist
activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical
&/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions
or any other event beyond their control.
